Returns & Exchanges Full Policy

POLICY FOR CANADIAN AND US CUSTOMERS

Our policy lasts 30 days after the order date.

We can only accept new, unwashed, unworn, odor-free merchandise in its original packaging with attached unfolded tags.

Given the intimate nature of our merchandise, we reserve the right to refuse an item that does not meet hygiene and health regulations. Underwear & Hosiery is exempt from the return policy.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Gift cards are not returnable.

Shipping is a service and is not refundable.

• A return  shipping label will be sent to you via mail with the original order(US customers will receive a filled out custom form attached to the shipping label).
• Place the item in the original box/envelope, put the stamp on the box/envelope and drop off the package at any Canada Post or USPS location.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days from receiving the item. An email will be sent to you once the item has been received, processed and refunded.
• In a case of an exchange the item has to be returned and a new purchase has to be made.
